Adilabad Lok Sabha Constituency is one of the 17 parliamentary constituencies in Telangana and is reserved for Scheduled Tribes (ST). Located in the northernmost part of the state, the constituency covers large parts of Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad and Nirmal districts. Sharing borders with Maharashtra, the constituency is known for its extensive forest cover, tribal population, agricultural economy and rich natural resources.

The region is characterised by a mix of forests, river valleys and agricultural lands. Major rivers such as the Godavari, Pranahita, Penganga and Kadam influence the constituency's geography and economy. Agriculture remains the primary source of livelihood, with cotton, soybean, paddy, maize and turmeric among the major crops cultivated across the region.
