What Form 8 Can Fix
Form 8 can be used to:
- Correct your name
- Update your date of birth or age
- Correct your gender
- Update your photograph
- Correct your relationship details (father, mother or spouse)
- Change your mobile number
- Update your address
- Shift your residence within the same Assembly Constituency or to another Assembly Constituency, as permitted under Election Commission rules
- Apply for a replacement EPIC (Voter ID card)
- Request marking as a Person with Disability (PwD), where applicable
