Ramanathapuram Lok Sabha Constituency is one of the 39 parliamentary constituencies in Tamil Nadu and is located in the southeastern coastal region of the state. Covering major portions of Ramanathapuram district and adjoining areas, the constituency is one of Tamil Nadu's most strategically important parliamentary seats due to its long coastline along the Bay of Bengal and the Gulf of Mannar.
