Machilipatnam Lok Sabha Constituency is one of the 25 parliamentary constituencies in Andhra Pradesh and is located along the Bay of Bengal coast in the Krishna Delta region. Centred around the historic port city of Machilipatnam, the constituency is one of the oldest and most culturally significant parliamentary constituencies in Andhra Pradesh. Known for its maritime heritage, fertile agricultural lands, fisheries sector and rich trading history, Machilipatnam has long served as an important commercial gateway for coastal Andhra Pradesh.
